“Cristy, I don't know if I can do this!”
That doubt often plagues people who want to join the Code Red Lifestyle™, but don't believe in themselves.
I get it, because by the time most people find Code Red, they've tried a TON of stuff to lose their weight and keep it off, and that stuff's either not worked, not lasted, or was so unsustainable they didn't stick with it.
Working out 5 hours a day and living on chicken breast and bland salads, for example, isn't sustainable for most people.
Neither is gagging down a gross, gritty shake, or paying $400 a month for processed frankenfood.
I get it.
But the problem with letting fear from past “failures” run your life is that you risk missing out on the success you've been searching for.
So you've failed at weight loss before? So what? Failure's not the end of the world!
You may not know if you can, but you also don't know that you can't!
