Our movement is centered around leading weight loss systems that encourage the belief that small changes can lead to big results!

Code Red Rebels are living proof that the Code Red Lifestyle leads to incredible results! By drinking the proper amount of water, eating nutritious foods, and getting the right amount of sleep each night, while following our non-negotiable rules, they have been able to shed pounds, keep the weight off, and free themselves of the restraints that held them back.
From arthritis to other debilitating health conditions, such as diabetes, our Code Red Rebels have overcome the darkest of times into a world of light as they redesigned their lifestyle and watched as the pain they thought they would endure forever disappeared!
Our community is built on support, encouragement, and power. We share our stories of success, our challenges, and our strategies for staying on track. Together, we celebrate every victory, big or small, and provide each other with the motivation to keep going.
Our Non-Negotiables
- First and foremost, we always drink water every day. Hydration is a key component of the Code Red Lifestyle and the thing your body absolutely needs to thrive and perform at its best.
- Every morning, we get on the scale. It doesn’t matter if you’re dreading it; it must be done every day without fail. The scale is our first line of defense. It helps us repeat or avoid what we did yesterday to keep pushing toward our goals.
- Absolutely NO sugar. We put a strong emphasis on our no-sugar policy. As recovering sugar addicts, we understand the dangers of sugar and the importance of avoiding it. We never allow sugar to stay in our house, as it is too tempting and can lead to relapse.
- We reconceptualize our lifestyle, meaning we prioritize sufficient sleep. No more late-night snacking in front of the television or hours spent scrolling on your phone when you should be asleep; it’s bedtime.
