Our Couch to Gym program is designed for Code Red Rebels who have successfully lost weight and are now ready to incorporate more activity into their lifestyles. We help people move from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active one by providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to build a consistent and effective routine that suits their day-to-day life!
What You Can Expect
This is NOT a program to get shredded in the gym. This program’s focus is on functional exercises, which are exercises that mimic everyday movements, like pushing, pulling, squatting, and hinging. This training is vital for Code Red Rebels to improve their balance, stability, and strength, leading them toward being gym-ready if they decide to pursue it in the future!
