The Average American Gains 10 Pounds Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day

And they feel like CRAP by the time they get through the season.

It doesn’t have to be that way!

Not again. Not THIS year.

This year you can start a new tradition. One that has you smiling your way through the holidays, and enjoying your favorite activities (yes, even the food). And best of all, so proud of yourself when you reach January 1st feeling great about your body and your health. It’s not about being perfect! There’s no “plan” to follow. All you need to do is follow a few simple strategies.

This book is about holding steady. It’s about enjoying the holidays without feeling like crap when they’re over. If you indulge for a few days, enjoy them. And then use the strategies presented here to stay balanced.

Set Yourself Up For Successful Weight Loss!

New Year’s Resolutions SUCK–especially weight loss resolutions. They’re all about guilt and stress and making up for past “sins” (especially the recent holiday binges). They make you feel like there’s something wrong with you, that somehow you’re not okay. You have to “get your life together”. If you’re ready to make a healthy change in your life–you can do it! No matter what time of year it is.

Most people set themselves up to fail in a variety of ways. They say they’re going to lose weight, get organized, and live healthier. But deep down, they know it’s just another empty promise. They don’t feel like they can really achieve their goals. Because they’ve failed so many times in the past. That’s such a load of crap!

You CAN change. You CAN reach whatever goals you desire. I know because I’ve been helping people do just that for decades.

Let’s talk about tips, strategies, and ways to stay on track. This book is going to make sure that your mindset is aligned with what you want to accomplish. You’re going to find surprising strategies for actually succeeding this year.

So, if your goal is to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle—take heed. I’ve been doing this for twenty years. I know what I’m talking about. I know what works and I know what doesn’t. I know what it will take for you to stay on track and actually accomplish what you say you want to accomplish this year.
