During one of my recent Chit Chats with Cristy in Code Red Ringside, a Rebel who watched live said this:
“Yesterday we skied all day and I had the energy to do it being down 60 pounds. My husband reminded me that a year ago at this time I was on one of those weight loss drugs. It caused me to to not have any energy. Real food water and sleep is the way to go. Love this lifestyle so much. Thank you.”
Pretty powerful testimony. The weight loss drug probably got some weight off, but this lady’s energy was in the toilet. (Plus, who knows what else the drug did to her?)
But with Code Red, she had the energy to ski ALL DAY and lost weight, all with real food, water, and sleep.
(If you’ve ever gone skiing all day, you know it’s pretty intense.)
Another lady, who entered the 2025 Code Red New Year’s Transformation Contest, said this:
“I took my photos yesterday. SO much better than this time last year! I also shoveled snow yesterday and it was SO MUCH easier than last year!!”
Both of these ladies are in a better place than they were 12 months ago.
Sure, they may still have a few more milestones to hit before they get where they’re trying to get.
They’ve also come a long way and are enjoying the benefits of moving forward and taking action.
Since “new year, new you” is on everyone’s mind right now, let me ask you this:
Are you where you thought you’d be 12 months ago?
Are you about the same as you were then?
Are you WORSE off?
Wherever you are, if you aren’t yet where you wanna be, your next step is the same: Get moving.
Be consistent. Keep taking imperfect action. It’s for sure better than doing nothing.
Worst case scenario is that 12 months from the time you’re reading this, you’ll be closer to where you wanna be.
Wouldn’t that be better than getting absolutely no where because you think you have to do it all right, all of the time, or it’s not even worth trying?
That’s called the all or nothing mindset, and it ain’t your friend.
Start now. Get moving in a direction that’ll get you where you wanna be.
Ain’t none of us getting any younger, and if your health stinks, it ain’t getting any better…especially if you don’t start doing things differently.
So do something, and do it consistently, because that is absolutely 100% better than doing nothing at all.
