Are you separating Code Red from real life?

One of the biggest problems I see with people trying to lose weight and keep it off is, they treat healthy eating as something separate from their life.

It’s another symptom of the diet mentality, and the diet mentality leads straight to failure.

It’s a fantasy–the fantasy that you can make a temporary change to lose your weight, then return to doing the same things, and eating the same foods, in the same quantities, as you did when you were fat and sick.

The diet industry’s gone out of their way to condition you into thinking like that, so I get why you bring that same mindset with you into Code Red, and think it’s somehow separate from “real life.”

But the reality is this: If you wanna lose that weight and keep it off once and for all, what you do to lose it HAS to become part of your “real life.” Keeping it separate isn’t gonna work (as you already know, from all those past, failed “diets.”)

I talk more about this in my video below. It’s a must-watch if you’re tired of circling the weight loss mountain.
