What do you get when you combine riced cauliflower with fried, runny eggs and butter?

If you guessed Cristy’s first meal of the day, you’re right!

By society’s standards, it’s super weird. But so what?

I like it, it fits my nutritional needs, and it’s quick and easy. All that is what works for me.

It may work for you, too, or it may not. That’s not the point.

“So what is the point, Cristy?”

Simple: To find what works for you. I know I say that a lot, but I don’t plan to stop anytime soon, because finding what works for YOU is the key to not just losing your weight, but keeping it off. Why?

Because if it doesn’t work for you, you’re not gonna stick with it.
