You’re lying about your weight loss

A Rebel in one of my Facebook groups, who’s lost a tremendous amount of weight on the Code Red Lifestyle™, shared that her co-workers believe she is LYING about how she’s lost the weight.

Can you believe that?

It definitely says something about her co-workers.

But even more than that, it says something about how completely brainwashed our society is.

We’re conditioned to believe that the only way to successfully lose weight (especially if it comes off quickly) is via mutilating surgery, a gimmick like a shake, pill, or patch, or some crazy new “diet.”

“Real food? Water? Sleep? No exercise required? Nah, that’s IMPOSSIBLE. Must be a scam.”

The REAL scam is thinking what human beings have been doing for most of our history–up until the last 60-70 years–is a scam.

The tobacco industry used to pay doctors to tell you smoking is good for you. Now we know it causes lung, throat, and mouth cancer.

That, just by itself, is proof that powerful industries with a lot of money on the line will LIE to protect their profits.

A little common sense is all you need to accept that real food, water, and sleep are the keys to weight loss and taking control of your health.

If someone calls you a liar for believing that, it’s their problem, not yours.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Taking your life back is more important than what your brainwashed co-workers (or other people in your life) believe.
