May is the month before summer begins, and most people are thinking about looking good in swimsuits and summer clothes. Plus they’re tired of all the rivers of sweat that roll down their bodies from walking around in sweltering summer heat; and tired of feeling exhausted, sick, and in pain instead of out enjoying the beautiful weather.
And then there’s September. It’s not only a great month to lose weight, it’s the BEST month.
