Why don’t we know this?

A lady who’s lost over 40 pounds on the Code Red Lifestyle™ told me, “The tools we learn (on the Code Red Lifestyle™) are the tools we all should know, but don’t.”

I couldn’t have said it better myself!

Real food, water, and sleep. They’re not a secret! They’re not complicated!

Yet you ask most people – including everyone from doctors to nutritionists to personal trainers – what it takes to lose weight, and they’ll tell you, “diet and exercise,” or pills, patches, shakes, and other bull crap.

Seriously?

If “diet and exercise” are all it takes, why do so many people do exactly those two things, over and over again, and either not lose weight, or only lose a portion of what they need to?

And when they stop “dieting,” why do they gain it all back?

“Well, because they’re lazy. Buh buh buh.”

“Well, because they didn’t do it right. Buh buh buh.”

Oh, please.

For me, the real answer couldn’t be any more obvious, and it’s this: Because “diet and exercise” don’t work to address a weight problem…especially not if you want to keep the weight off!

Yeah, willpower’s a factor, but it’s useless if you’re pouring a bunch of willpower into tools that don’t work.

The diet industry wants you to believe you have to keep buying their gritty shakes, nasty frankenfood, and weird pills in order to control your weight.

Well I got news for them: You DON’T.
