When in doubt, follow the foods list

Listen, I get it.

Most programs list a million examples of the different foods you can eat.

On the Code Red Lifestyle™, I keep it to one page with two columns: Foods to eat, and foods to avoid. And I go with food categories, rather than specific examples of every food on the planet.

Some people get what I mean when I say “any meat.”

Other people dig up every food example they’re not sure about and ask if it’s okay.

I know that they just wanna do a good job, and make sure they’re following the program.

But if you’re thinking of joining Code Red, here’s a success a tip from me that’s gonna save you a lot of time and energy:

When in doubt, follow the foods list.

No, the foods list does not list EVERY single food on the planet that’s Code Red-approved. It’s one page, deliberately, so you can easily keep it with you, instead of have to carry around 85 pages of foods.

But there’s still enough detail for you to figure out that you can go to the grocery store, browse the meat department, and see that you can have “any meat.” Or “any veggie” (except the few listed on the foods to avoid side of the foods list).

The Code Red Lifestyle™ is all about keeping it simple.

The simpler your food, the better your results (and the less time you spend in the kitchen).

Eat real, whole, Code Red-approved foods. You do NOT have to eat organic.

And when in doubt, follow the foods list.
