What do you eat for breakfast on Code Red?

I saw this post in the 10 Pound Takedown, from a Rebel looking for tips to stay on track during the Easter holiday:

“Tomorrow morning our church is having a potluck breakfast. Whenever I encounter one, I make sure I bring food I can eat. So I am asking for advice/ tips on breakfast foods that are delicious but Code Red approved that I can make to bring with me. Thank you in advance.”

The great thing about the Code Red Lifestyle™ is that we don’t limit ourselves to “breakfast foods for breakfast” or “lunch foods for lunch.”

Meaning, if you wanna have steak, eggs, and guacamole for breakfast, go for it!

We also have more “traditional”-style options, like bacon, eggs, French toast “muffins” (they’re grain-free and sugar-free), cauliflower hash browns, Code Red waffles and pancakes, noatmeal with almond butter (it’s “oatmeal” made from ground flax seed meal and chia seeds), and more.

But the idea you have to eat “breakfast foods for breakfast” is just mainstream brainwashing.

And given how unhealthy the mainstream world is, listening to its nutrition guidelines doesn’t make sense.

“So what do I eat instead, Cristy?”
