Macros are a breakdown of your fat, protein, carbohydrate, and sugar intake.
Since the Code Red Lifestyle is a high-fat, low-carb diet (though not to the extreme straight-up keto is), we eat a high percentage of fat, a moderate percentage of protein, and a low percentage of carbs and sugar.
In my book, The Code Red Revolution, I touch on macro percentages most people can start with and succeed.
After enough time on this lifestyle, you begin to learn which foods work best for you, without calculating any macros. (And many people do well without ever calculating macros!)
