What Do I Eat? May 30, 2020

There are a lot of easy, simple ways to add more flavor and different flavor to your simple meals.

For example, seasonings. Whether it’s salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, red pepper flakes, rosemary, thyme – and so on – you can sprinkle these different seasonings on your meat and veggies and get all kinds of great new flavors.

It’ll be especially powerful as your palate recovers from the sugar and processed food bombardment. Food will start tasting more amazing than you remember!

In this week’s “What Do I Eat?”, I sprinkle something called nutritional yeast on my meal. It’s delicious!
