Brain fog? Exhausted all the time?

What you’re used to is what you think is normal. Ever heard that mindset?

It means that you spend so much time feeling a certain way, or in a certain situation, that you come to believe it’s just “how it is,” even though that’s rarely the case.

A great example of this is feeling exhausted and brain foggy and in pain all the time.

Millions of Americans are enduring these feelings as we speak, and a huge chunk of them think it’s normal, regardless of whatever they think the cause is.

But here’s the thing.

Being exhausted, brain foggy, and in pain 24/7 is NOT “normal.” If you are, something’s wrong.

Diagnosing all the stuff that may be contributing is beyond the scope of one blog post, but I can tell you where to start:

With real food, water, and sleep.

Nutrition’s role with regard to how we FEEL is grossly misunderstood.

Food is literally fuel for our bodies, including organs like our brain and heart.

When you give your body crappy fuel, you feel like crap. Eat like crap, feel like crap is how I think of it.

Your brain controls the chemicals that influence your moods. When you give it terrible fuel to work with, your moods are another area where you pay the price.

You’re more likely to be depressed, pessimistic, angry, hopeless, and down on yourself. It’s chemical reactions at work!

That’s why the first place to start is with proper nutrition, lots of water (also a MASSIVELY important fuel source for your body), and sleep.

Give your body the fuel is needs and go from there. (Plus you can lose the extra weight and keep it off – no shakes, diet pills, diet foods, or even exercise required).
