If I ever did a section in the Code Red Cookbook about these hodgepodge salads I make, I’d probably call them Cristy’s Hot Mess Fridge Leftovers Salads.
If you cook more food than you need to feel full, don’t eat it all!
I know most of us were raised to be members of the “clean plate club.” But all that does is train us to overeat, instead of listen to our bodies.
If you have leftovers, put them in the fridge and re-purpose them. If you’re not sure how, start by making your own version of Cristy’s Hot Mess Fridge Leftovers Salads.
