Ain’t nobody gonna die from this!

How many “diets” have you tried that insisted you needed 3 meals and 2 snacks a day?

Maybe you’ve even heard that same lie from nutritionists, trainers, and health care professionals.

They tell us we “have” to do it in order to “keep up our metabolism.”

So would it shock the crap outta you to learn that eating 5 times a day not only doesn’t help your metabolism…it actually has the opposite effect?

I know, it sounds pretty out there if this is the first time you’re hearing it.

But here’s what I want you to think about.

Insulin is a very important hormone. We need it to digest our food, because when we eat, our blood sugar goes up, and insulin’s released to bring it back down.

Since insulin is triggered any time you consume calories, eating all day long means you’re triggering insulin all day long.

So why is that a problem?

Because you cannot lose weight in the presence of insulin.

In fact, insulin’s nicknamed the “fat storage hormone.”

So if it’s constantly flooding your system, you’re going to gain weight, not lose it.

Is it any wonder you can’t get those pounds off while you’re snacking all day long?

Constantly triggering insulin is just one of many reasons eating 5 meals a day is dangerous. Click the image below to learn why else it’s not good for you; plus learn how a high-fat diet like the Code Red Lifestyle™ helps you control your hunger, so that you don’t even want to eat 5 times a day.
