What Do I Eat? – June 30, 2018

Plants contain nutrients, vitamins, and minerals you cannot get from animal-based foods, which is why I’m always on my clients’ case to eat a veggie with every meal.

Sacrificing nutrition to “diet” is simply not sustainable. If it was, nobody would gain their weight back after every fad “diet” they tried.

I’ve been pivoting my diet to mostly plant-based. I do eat meat, and sometimes I’ll sprinkle on some cheese (because I’m in maintenance, I can eat cheese). I also enjoy heavy whipping cream in my coffee. But the bulk of what I eat is plant-based.
