What we eat has a massive impact on our hormones–more than we realize.
When I say hormones, most people think of estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone.
But those are only three the several dozen hormones our body produces.
Insulin is also a hormone. In fact, it’s known as the fat-producing hormone, because the more insulin your food triggers, the more likely you are to store body fat (as well as suffer diabetes and a whole host of other medical issues).
Controlling your hormones through diet alone is entirely possible for most people.
Watch this week’s “What Do I Eat?” to hear which foods I’m eating to control a mild hormone condition of mine.
