In these “What Do I Eat” videos, I talk a lot about finding what works for you.

There is no cookie cutter method to weight loss. Yes, there are certain things we all need, like plenty of water and sleep.

But everybody’s a little different. A food that one person can eat and lose weight may cause another person to gain.

That’s why it’s important to experiment, and to see what the scale does in response.

Figuring out what works for you doesn’t happen overnight. But when you figure it out (and you will if you’re determined enough), it feels like a superpower.
