What Do I Eat? – June 16, 2018

I LOOOOOOVE my green vegetables. You can see that they occupy two-thirds of my plate in this week’s “What Do I Eat.”

In fact, with the exception of the sirloin patty, my whole meal is vegetables.

Vegetables contain nutrients, vitamins, and minerals – plus fiber – you cannot get in animal-based foods.

In order for your body to function at optimal health, you must eat vegetables.

In fact, my Rebels are required to eat a veggie with every meal!
