What Do I Eat? July 11, 2020

“Cristy, how can you just slop the same three ingredients on a plate every day and be satisfied? I need variety!”

You may need variety, but I don’t.

There are plenty of people who are exactly like me in that regard. Cooking extravagant meals just isn’t a priority.

These people usually do really well on Code Red, because we keep it simple.

See, people who actually LIKE to keep it simple have been stuck with plans that provide complicated recipes, pages of shopping lists, and require weird ingredients you can’t find at your local supermarket. It’s pretty frustrating.

Is there anything wrong with changing things up and being more creative?

No, so long as it doesn’t interfere with your weight loss.

But the best weight loss results come from keeping it simple.
