“Cristy, what do you eat?” is one of THE most common questions I get.

In this video, filmed the last Sunday of January 2018, I share what I ate as my one meal that day.

That’s right – ONE meal. One of the biggest lies in weight loss is that you have to eat three meals and two snacks a day. All that does is keep your body producing insulin all day long. It never gets a break from digesting, and your hormone levels never reset.

This is especially true if you’re eating bullcrap junk food, which can really warp your hormones and strain your liver and pancreas.
