Odds are you’ve got enough going on in your life without feeling like you have to prepare a 350-course meal three times a day, plus between-meal snacks.
Despite what you’re used to believing (and led to believe), healthy living is not and does not need to be complicated.
It’s one of many reasons I continue to preach keeping meals simple.
It’s not that you can never cook something I’ll call “more involved,” but does every single meal have to be? No!
A few single ingredient-foods taste amazing and take a fraction of the time to prepare, leaving you free to focus on other things happening in your life.
Start letting go of the idea food has to be complicated, free yourself from spending half your life in the kitchen, and do other things you enjoy or need to get done!
