Meal timing is one of the most controversial things I teach on the Code Red Lifestyle.
Society has us programmed to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner (plus snacks). We eat at those times, even if we’re not even hungry!
Running around eating when you’re not hungry is a great way to get fat, which is why one of the first things I train my clients to do is listen to their bodies, and only eat when they’re hungry.
Yeah, it may mean not eating at society’s meal times, which is probably going to raise some eyebrows.
But it’s also liberating, especially if you’re often not hungry at society’s meal times, yet feel like you “have” to eat something to “be healthy.”
