What Do I Eat? – August 11, 2018

If you’ve ever heard me say “keep it simple” and aren’t sure what I mean, make sure you watch this week’s What Do I Eat!

I admit, this is a pretty extreme example! Sometimes I just want to eat and not make a big to-do about it.

But the truth is, simple meals comprised of single-ingredient foods work very well for my clients.

In fact, the clients who stick with single-ingredient foods (vs. complicated recipes) see the most success in their weight loss.
