What Do I Eat? April 20, 2019

Do you eat when society tells you to, or do you eat when your body tells you it’s hungry?

I ask because most people eat because society says it’s meal time.

Or because they’re bored.

Or because they’re stressed.

Or because they’re sad.

Or because they hate themselves.

My point is, eating for any of those reasons is a huge factor in not only weight gain, but in your inability to lose weight.

It’s why I teach my Rebels that food is fuel, not a Band-Aid for your emotions or a way to pass the time.

It doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy food.

All it means is that eating when you’re not hungry – whatever the reason – is going to mess with your efforts to lose weight.
