Vacationing without junk food

My husband, Miles, and I take trips to Europe a couple times a year.

Most people who travel to Europe – or other vacations, like Memorial Day weekend – say, “Well, I’m gonna enjoy myself.”

And by enjoy themselves, they mean throw their healthy eating to the wind and pig out on whatever they want.

If that’s still your mindset, it’s time to re-define what “enjoying yourself” means.

Do you enjoy feeling sick, tired, achy, and bloated from all the bull crap food?

Do you enjoy returning from vacation feeling ashamed of yourself because you weigh 10 pounds more than when you left?

It’s 100% possible to “enjoy yourself” on vacation without going off the rails.
