It's pretty uncomfortable to do this.
But when you do, you'll be MILES ahead of the pack and setting yourself up for the absolute best life, results, and relationships.
What am I talking about?
Being honest with yourself.
See, lying to and misleading ourselves is often easier than facing up to our mistakes, and to the fact we aren't really doing the best we can be doing.
Usually, doing that comes from a place of unworthiness. People who feel unworthy often beat themselves up and call it being honest with themselves.
Beating yourself up is NOT what I'm talking about.
This is about an honest conversation with yourself. It's about asking, are you happy with who you are and what you're doing? Are you happy with the direction your life's headed? Are you striving to be a better version of yourself than you were yesterday?
If you're not, then don't beat yourself up, OR stick your head in the sand. Own the choices that got you where you need to be, and commit to making different ones that'll take you where you want to be.
