Bake, broil, roast, fry, grill…there are lots of ways to prepare your Code Red-approved foods in a way that's delicious AND nutritious.
Personally, I LOVE to grill my food. I don't do it every time I eat, but man is it great!
(I love it even more when my husband grills it, since he's a great cook.)
If you're always frying your food, or always baking it, mix it up and see what you think. It might just add new flavors and textures to foods you already love.
