But so many options out there. Where do you start?
Do you join a gym, go walk on the treadmill an hour a day for two weeks, then decide it's not worth it?
Do you join an expensive monthly “diet” that ships processed, chemical-soaked “diet foods” to your door (which will only work until you decide you don't wanna keep paying for them).
Do you start counting points? Or how about drinking gritty shakes?
