A day in the life of Cristy CodeRed

Who would you rather listen to: A weight loss coach who’s lost their weight and kept it off, or a weight loss coach who’s still fat?

The answer’s pretty obvious, isn’t it?

How about a weight loss coach who didn’t follow their own program, versus one who did? Whose program are you more likely to trust to help you?

Again, pretty obvious.

There’s plenty of overweight weight loss coaches out there.

There’s also plenty of people pedaling a weight loss program they aren’t following (and, in many cases, never have followed).

Seriously, if they think it’s so great, why wouldn’t they follow it? Especially if they’re gonna stand there and tell you how great it is?

I created the Code Red Lifestyle™ because I got fat, and what I teach you is what I did to lose my weight.

Not only that, it’s what I do to keep it off.

The stuff I talk to you about doing–like getting your sleep and drinking your water–is stuff I also do.

Same with things like boundaries, having a bedtime routine, being productive (not the same as being “busy,” because you can stay “busy” with stuff that’s a waste of time), and finding what works for me.

My days are structured, even when I don’t feel like it, because I accomplish more, stay focused, and find it so much easier to be the best version of myself.

In fact, if you’ve ever wondered what a day in the life of Cristy CodeRed is like, see for yourself in my video below.

See what works for me, and let it inspire you to find what works for you.

There’s no such thing as cookie cutter weight loss, and there’s no such thing as a cookie cutter life.

Yeah, there are patterns of behavior that lead to success.

But some will be right for you, and some won’t.

Watch my video below to see which patterns help me stay my best (including my meal schedule).

See if they inspire ideas about what’ll work for you (or ideas for what won’t work for you…because knowing what doesn’t work is just as important as knowing what does).
