In this week’s Rebel victories, I’m featuring a Rebel named Janice, who lost 97 pounds and is keeping it off.
It was over six years ago when the inoperable part of Janis’s brain tumor caused a stroke.
Janis survived, but was prescribed steroids that added more weight to her already overweight frame.
“I was sickened and embarrassed at how much I weighed,” she told me.
Janis lived that way for about four years, until she noticed some hometown friends losing weight on a program called the Code Red Lifestyle™.
