Rebel victories for the week of December 26, 2020

No matter what adversity life throws your way, it’s 100% doable to stay on track. Code Red Rebels are not only experiencing victories, they’re THRIVING in ways they would not be if they hadn’t joined the Code Red Lifestyle™…and I bet my mohawk you can relate to these. Keep reading to see what I mean:

K.P. – I don’t know about you, but my mind continues to be blown by how many things eliminating sugar and drinking more water can affect in our bodies. ? Did you know it affects our vision? I went to get a new prescription for glasses yesterday and my eyes have improved 0.75 in the last 2 years of doing Code Red. The doctor was blown away and even said, “I know it’s possible to see this, but I never ever see it.” I of course used it as a segue to tell him about Code Red.

M.W. – Played in the snow and channeled my inner child today. Oh, and my “too tight to sit down” snowpants were NICE AND BAGGY!!!

J.H. – I am pleased as punch to have lost 101 lbs since 10/28/19!!! I can’t remember the last time I was this weight, had to be high-school…. I feel better at 49 than I have in 25 years. My arthritis in my knees doesn’t bother me, I don’t take prescription heartburn medication, I sleep better, and best of all I have energy to play with my 5 yr old grandson.

C.S.H. – I’ve done Code Red for a little over two years now and have been in maintenance about 6 months. Since I’ve been in this lifestyle I’ve been sick once for about two days and that was well over a year ago. I used to get sick all the time. I was trying to figure out how to avoid surgery because of my constant sinus infections. I had a friend ask the other day what a sinus infection is like and I couldn’t even remember. This lifestyle started out to be about weight loss but now it’s so much more about my health.

M.L.S. – I have been in maintenance for a year. The picture in the dress was from a year ago and the picture in scrubs was today. The other 2 photos were right before I started CodeRed. I still can’t believe how much my life has changed since this journey began. I want to say, “Never give up! Don’t focus on how much weight you have to loose but on the weight you have lost. In total I lost 70 pounds!!! I’m a type 1 diabetic and today had lab work done and my a1c was 6.3. Never going back!
