I don’t expect you to be perfect (overcoming setbacks)

It doesn’t long to figure out my communication style is straight-up, no bull crap, no sugar coating.

I’m not for everyone, and I’ve had people accuse me of “shaming them” into gaining their weight back.

That’s not how I see it, or intend it, AT ALL.

My style is all about empowering you to decide you’re gonna live the life that you were meant to live, and to pick your hard.

One thing I really want you to keep in mind is that your weight loss journey isn’t gonna be all sunshine, rainbows, and unicorn farts.

You’ll be supported by me and your fellow Rebels, for sure, but weight loss is about more than weight loss.

Changes are happening, inside and out, and though there’s tons to celebrate, you may find that parts of it are out of your comfort zone.

There may be days where you experience doubt, uncertainty, and shame.

Remember, you are fighting old habits and mindsets that you’ve been stuck with your entire life. The weight you’re trying to lose did not come on overnight!

On the Code Red Lifestyle™ you do see immediate changes, and often you’ll see little things every single day.

But, understand that your weight’s not gonna come off overnight.

Plus it takes time to switch over to the lifestyle. You need a hot minute to adjust, and if you screw something up because you didn’t know, addressing that moment of imperfection with more doubt, disappointment, and self-sabotage isn’t gonna do you any favors.

When we feel any sort of resistance, automatically our fight or flight mode goes up and we want to stop and give up. Negative thoughts creep in.

But that moment of resistance is when you need to push through the most.

In my video below, I’ve got mindset tips to help you stick with it when that resistance hits. Click below to check it out.
