The one thing you never allow in your house

Look, I get that you may cook or bake food for special occasions – like your kids’ birthday or grandpa’s retirement – that isn’t Code Red-compliant.

Maybe you did that with holiday treats for friends and family.

Some people, like my sister, Cari, can do that and stay on track…so long as all that junk food leaves the house after the party’s over.

But when my clients keep the junk food in the house?

That’s when they often fall prey to temptation.

Keeping cupcakes and brownies around to call your name and stay top of mind is like a heroin addict keeping their stash right there on the kitchen counter.

Pretty soon the smell of the food, the thought of how good it’ll taste – it worms its way into your head.

“Just one bite. Just one brownie. Just one cupcake. That won’t hurt anything,” you tell yourself.

Except we both know it will…because do you really think you’ll stop at “just one?”

That’s why the junk food’s got to go. And in my video below, I’m going to share some simple strategies for getting the junk food out of your house (including what you can do with it if the idea of throwing it out is holding you back).
