Is this it for me?
Is this what I have to look forward to for the rest of my life?
Am I ALWAYS going to be fat?
Am I ALWAYS going to have sore knees?
Am I ALWAYS going to be fatigued starting at 2 o’clock in the afternoon?
Am I ALWAYS going to be embarrassed when I stand up in front of people?
Am I ALWAYS going to have a hard time fitting into airplane seats?
These are just some of the questions you may have asked yourself if you’re battling a weight or health problem.
The word that best describes thoughts like these is: Hopeless.
Because you’ve thrown SO much money at this problem…because you’ve gone to every website…every meeting…every mail-order diet food…every gym class…every this, every that.
But nothing works…not long-term. So you think, “I’ll just have to accept that this is the way it is.”
