Is being hungry a BAD thing?

Hunger’s a very primal sensation. It’s a reminder from our bodies that we need nutrients from our food to survive.

But where so many of us run into trouble is viewing the sensation of hunger as a BAD thing.

Am I saying it’s good to feel hungry 24/7, every day for the rest of your life?

No.

What I’m saying is that the sensation of hunger is a GOOD thing, for a whole host of reasons.

I realize there are people in our society who don’t know where their next meal is coming from.

Obviously I’m not talking about them.

I’m talking about people who have access to food all the time, yet panic and eat every time they experience the sensation of hunger.
