If you wanna help people, be prepared to go through some stuff yourself

Know why I created the Code Red Lifestyle™?

It’s because I got fat, and couldn’t understand why. I exercised three to five hours a day. I rode my road bike 300 miles a week. Plus I’d spent a decade as a boxer, training three to five hours a day. If it’s calories in, calories out, there’s no way I should have been a fat athlete.

But I was! And I stayed that way until I figured out that diet, not exercise, is how you address a weight problem.

It was a really aggravating time of my life, but if I hadn’t gone through it, I wouldn’t have created the Code Red Lifestyle™ and enabled hundreds of thousands of people to TAKE THEIR LIFE BACK.

If you’re someone who loves to help people, take a look at what you’ve been through in your life, because odds are, there’s someone in the world–or who you personally know–you can help by sharing your story.
