“I have been lied to about food my whole life until now”

A Rebel on one of my 10 Pound Takedown Q&As commented with this:

“I love that I’m learning more about the lobbying and money that caused the food industry to be what it is today. I grew up with the food pyramid. Now I realize I have been lied to my whole life about food until now. I gained weight consistently for the last decade no matter how much I exercised or what diet I tried. This works, and I am finally losing weight. I am forever grateful.”

Sadly, this is a SUPER common story.

And we don’t question it, because surely the government wouldn’t make food guidelines that hurt us instead of help us?

Or could it be that a government run by people is gonna do what people do, and screw stuff up?

And how about the food industry? Do they REALLY have our health in mind when they’re figuring out what will sell?

Take a look around and you’ll have your answers.

There are SO many red flags out there to do with food you almost can’t keep up with them.

For example: It’s a red flag when the food industry tells you pizza is a vegetable.

It’s a red flag when everyone you know says nothing when you drink a gallon of SODA a day, but says you’re going to “kill yourself” drinking a gallon of WATER a day.

It’s red flag when people tell you that real food, water, and sleep are “unsustainable.”

Reading this, you get to decide for yourself.

Will you go along with the same “advice” that sends people to mutilating surgeries, diet pills that cause heart problems, and expensive shots that make you puke, poop yourself, and paralyze your stomach?

Or will you do what our ancestors did, and use real food, and sleep?

Seriously, think about this.

Nobody’s fat from a shot deficiency.

Nobody’s fat from a surgery deficiency.

And nobody’s fat from a diet pill deficiency.

You don’t NEED that crap to lose weight.

You only need what your body already needs: the RIGHT real foods, plus water, plus sleep.
