How to prevent midnight snacking

Late-night snacking is something a lot of people do, and it can be a tough habit to break, especially when you feel like you’ll starve to death if you don’t.

The problem is, eating late at night is really, REALLY harmful to your body. Plus it makes losing weight almost impossible.

If you’re a late-night snacker, I’ve got a video for you that reveals why it’s harmful, what’s causing that urge to snack at night, and what you can do about it.

Heads up that this solution isn’t some “Hollywood secret.”

If you’re new to Code Red, it’s probably something you’re not expecting me to say.

I’d even go so far as to say it’s controversial, because it addresses a common fear people have about their appetites, and does so in a way that’s not very popular.

I’m still gonna tell you, because it’s important for you to know.

To hear what it is, plus what causes late-night snacking, why late-night snacking makes weight loss all but impossible, and what you can do about it if it’s a problem for you, check out my video below.

When you take care of yourself the way I teach on the Code Red Lifestyle™, the urge to snack at night takes care of itself most of the time. On those few times it may not, I’ve got a solution for that, too. More in my video below:
