How to make picking your hard easy

I’ve had my Eddie Bauer puffy winter jacket for eight years, and I wore the crap out of it.

But recently, the zipper finally blew out. Plus it was frayed, and little feathers were starting to poke out.

So I finally threw it away and stopped by Outdoor Exchange – a store that sells used outdoor clothing and supplies – to find a new puffy winter jacket.

I went right to women’s jackets, right to size medium, and right to black.

I found four black puffy winter jackets. All good quality brands, and they all fit perfectly.

I picked my favorite, priced at $50 instead of the $250 it would have been retail.

And because Outdoor Exchange was having a 20% off sale, I got it for $40.

It took me about 90 seconds to find the jacket I wanted and I got a great deal.

Now imagine how it would have gone if I’d walked in having no idea what kind of jacket I wanted or what size I needed.

I’d have wandered up and down the rows of jackets for lord knows how long…hoping something leaped out at me…trying on random sizes and styles to see what I liked and what fit.

I could have been there for HOURS.

Instead, I walked in, found what I wanted, paid, and walked out…

All because my mind was focused on exactly what I needed.

It sounds so simple…probably TOO simple…but that’s exactly how our minds work.

Meaning, when YOU teach your mind what to focus on, you get it on your side, and any DOING you need to do gets faster and easier.

With enough repetition, the doing becomes automatic, because our brains are wired to learn and form habits through repetition.

Teaching your mind what to focus on ABSOLUTELY helps with your weight loss, too.

If you’re reading this, your mind has most likely been trained to focus on being fat.

So stuff that keeps you fat is what FEELS the easiest to do.

But it doesn’t need to stay that way for even one more day.

Not when you train your mind to focus on the results you WANT it to focus on.

When getting and keeping the weight off is what your mind is focused on, THAT is what feels easy to do.

And when it feels easy to do, you just do it.

When you just do it, it becomes automatic.

And when it becomes automatic, it doesn’t even feel like work.

If you’re not sure where to start, the Code Red Identity Shift Process will teach you how.
