How to drink more water when you don’t like water

Look, I get that plain ol’ water’s not as exciting as soda, coffee, iced tea, vodka, and the dozens of other beverages you could choose from.

But water is what’s gonna BEST hydrate you, help you sleep better, help your hair, skin, and nails, and help you flush out toxins stored in the body fat you’re losing. You don’t want that stuff reabsorbing into your body!

If you’re struggling with drinking water, stick with it and give it time.

Drinking your water room temperature, or even just cool, rather than ice cold, helps it go down a lot more smoothly.

So does using a straw vs. trying to chug.
