A lot of people who become Code Red Rebels love giving back to others.

It REALLY fills them up when someone joins Code Red because of their example. They love pouring into new Rebels.

It’s an AMAZING thing.

It also got me thinking about the difference you can make in someone’s life when you have real-world experience with what they need help with.

That’s why my Code Red Certified Coaches and Leaders are all people who’ve succeeded at the Code Red program. A lot of people wanna be Coaches and Leaders for Code Red, but they’re not even at goal weight yet. I appreciate that they wanna help, but first you’ve gotta show me you can work the program, and it’s for the very reason I’m talking about in my video below.

I’m a fan of education and degrees.

But I’m an even bigger fan of real-world experience (especially from people who’ve succeeded, and helped others do the same).
