Rebel victories for the week of December 5, 2020

No matter what adversity life throws your way, it’s 100% doable to stay on track. Code Red Rebels are not only experiencing victories, they’re THRIVING in ways they would not be if they hadn’t joined the Code Red Lifestyle™…and I bet my mohawk you can relate to these. Keep reading to see what I mean:

A.M.: CodeRed has not only helped me lose weight AND 24.25”!BUT you guys:❤️ my mental health has improved❤️ my hormones are regulated❤️ I LOVE to cook again❤️ I’m learning what my body likes and dislikes❤️ I’m learning to love me again❤️ I’m no longer motivated or driven by foodThe list literally could go on and on…I’m not sharing this to toot my own horn. I’m sharing because real food, sleep and water is so easy anybody can do it! If you’re looking to make a lifestyle change, I encourage you to check it out!

A.F.G.: Even my little “why’s” aka grandchildren noticed my increased energy this holiday! They said “grandma you are WAY more funthis year”. My 11 year old told me I was the “only cool grandma he knew”. LOL!! While the other adults moaned about how full they were we went outside and threw the football and decorated the Christmas tree together! If I never even lost another ounce THAT is the best NSV ever — but oh yeah I’m dialing off this last 33 lbs in a hurry. I have only Code Red to thank for this!

D.C.: Newest NSV… Thankful today and everyday since starting my first CR 30 day challenge November of 2019. Last year this apron barely fit around me and tied in back. A year later, 65 pounds lost, size 18 to size 6 pants, it can be tied in front. I LOVE this lifestyle. Thank you Christy Code Red, leaders and all my fellow rebels. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone.

J.H.: I went to my old high schools state football game yesterday (they won fyi) so many memories and so many compliments…so today I pulled out my senior prom dress from 1989..size 10/12…. I am 2 lbs from 100 lbs gone and it fits!!!! I couldn’t believe it 98 lbs and 76.5 inches… then I pulled out my jeans that were too tight 13 months ago OMG ? started CR on the Nov 2019 challenge, never going back.

C.S.: New NSVs for this week. I had to add an adjuster to my newer size 7 ring…making it a possible 6 or 6 1/2 just so I could keep it on. The crazy thing is even at my thinnest in my later teens and early 20s I wore a 7 ring. So now I’m wondering if with CR I’ll get even smaller then my smallest? Plus another NSV, my legs are getting so small. I bought leggings about a month ago. The thigh area was so super tight I had to work them up, now they are almost baggy. I know I’m down about 10 pounds but I’ve never in my life had small thighs and it seems I’m getting small thighs. And another one is being able to see my pelvic bone. My hip bones have been noticeable for a while.now but my my pelvic bone is starting to show. My stomach area is still big and will most likely be the last thing to finally go. But my boney areas are starting to become noticeable. I’m now 188.7 only 48.7 to go to goal.

As you can see, weight loss is just the START when it comes to taking your life back.
