Foods that trigger headaches

Headaches can be caused by a lot of different things, but most people are shocked to learn how much of a factor diet is, in both the frequency and severity of headaches.

Not long ago I interviewed a woman named Cindy, who’s lived with debilitating migraines since the age of 3.

Yet after joining the Code Red Lifestyle™ at age 51, Cindy’s migraines stopped. Completely.

I’ve seen SO many other Rebels post in my Facebook groups that their migraines either completely stopped on Code Red, or they drastically reduced in frequency and intensity.

Again, food is not the cause of all headaches all of the time, including migraines.

And when you first join Code Red, and your body is detoxing, you may experience headaches as a temporary side effect of detox.

But once detox is over in 4 to 7 days (on average), don’t be shocked if your headaches reduce, or even stop altogether.

I’ll explain more in my video below about headache trigger foods.
