Don’t fall for these weight loss lies

The world of weight loss is full of flat-out lies.

The three biggest lies are that you need exercise to lose weight, that low fat is healthy, and that you need to eat three meals and two snacks a day to “keep up your metabolism.”

But those top three are far from being the only lies in weight loss.

In fact, I’ve got three more I wanna dive in and dismantle for you.

I call these the “I can’t lose weight because” weight loss lies.

#1 – I can’t lose weight because…I’m too old.

How many times has someone blurted out to you that getting fat and squishy is inevitable with age?

My own mom thought she was destined to be a “fat, squishy grandma.”

And one of my Certified Coaches figured she was meant to be a fat, Italian grandma.

Do things slow down a little as you age?

Yes, they do.

Does it mean you’re “destined” to get fat just because you’re not 21 anymore?

Heck no!

I’ve got thousands of Rebels in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and even 80s who’ve lost ALL their weight on the Code Red Lifestyle™.

Real food, water, and sleep, when you use them the way I teach you, give you ultimate power over your weight. That’s true whether you’re 18 or 80.

Don’t believe the lie you’re just gonna get fat with age; or that if you are a grandma, that you’re stuck being fat. You’re not!

#2 – I can’t lose weight because I had kids.

Cassie Adams, my friend from high school who works for me now, used to hear all the time that she’d never weight what she did before she had kids. “Your hips have spread” was the line often fed to her.

Well, guess what? Cassie, who had her first kid at age 19, and is in her 40s now, weighs less than she did before she had her first kid (of four), thanks to what she learned on the Code Red Lifestyle™.

Same with my sister, Cari, mom of three, also in her 40s.

Getting back to your pre-baby weight is simple and MORE than possible with real food, water, and sleep, and I’ve got thousands of Rebel Moms who prove it.

Don’t try to lose weight while you’re pregnant or nursing. But once you’re baby’s born and weaned, you absolutely can get and keep your weight off with the Code Red Lifestyle™.

#3 – I can’t lose weight because of how I’m built.

Genetics play a role, but the role’s not anywhere near as big as you think.

I should know–obesity runs in my family. Yet here I am, at my ideal weight. Same with my sister, Cari.

Your genes determine your shape, and to a point, your size.

But the food you shove in your pie hole determines the rest. Your body’s holding onto fat in response to the foods you eat. Change to the right real foods, along with water to flush out toxins, and sleep to reset everything, and you’ll be amazed at how quickly the fat can shrink.

The next time you hear one of society’s so-called “truths” about weight loss, whether it’s one of the three above or something else, stop and ask yourself, “Is this even true? Or is this just something we all say because everyone we know says and believes it?”

Almost everything society believes about weight loss is wrong. Don’t let these, or any other, weight loss lies keep you trapped in that obesity prison. There absolutely IS hope for you!
