What Do I Eat? August 24, 2019

Society has us programmed to eat certain foods at certain times.

But on the Code Red Lifestyle™, we eat only when we’re hungry, and we eat whatever Code Red-approved foods we want when we decide to eat.

That means we don’t restrict ourselves to “breakfast foods” for our first meal of the day.

If you want a steak and a salad at 10:30 in the morning, do it!

If you want French toast muffins (which you can find the recipe for in my cookbook) at 4:15 p.m. in the afternoon when you get hungry again, that’s what you eat.

People who follow the Code Red Lifestyle™ call ourselves Rebels for a reason.

And one of the things we rebel against is the idea you have to eat certain foods at certain times.
