How do I know if I need a Custom Program?

Or you can join a Code Red Certified Coach for either Accountability or a Custom Program.

They each include a weekly coaching video and weight submission. They each include advanced tips and training not available in the 10 Pound Takedown.

But a Custom Program includes, amongst other things, your custom numbers, so there’s no guesswork involved with how much water you drink and how many calories you eat.

I talk to a lot of Rebels who’re interested in a Custom Program, but struggle to decide whether they need it. It’s a big decision for them, and because they’ve spent money on weight loss efforts before, only to fail, they’re worried about the same thing happening again.

A Custom Program works when you follow it. Period.

If you’re looking at a Custom Program, here are five questions to help you decide whether you need one.

1. Is going it on your own not enough to keep you motivated?

There are self-starters in the world, but there are also people who need that extra kick in the butt to keep them on track.

Their own powerful old habits they’ve spent a lifetime battling…those friends and co-workers insisting on “just one bite”…it’s all too much for them, and even if they enjoy some success on their own, it’s just too easy slip back into obesity and misery…UNLESS they get a custom program to help them stay committed and motivated.

2. Have you enjoyed some success on Code Red (perhaps with the book or the challenge), but your weight loss still isn’t what you’d hoped?

This happened to Certified Coach Andrea Dell. She joined her first 10 Pound Takedown in June of 2017.

Andrea knew Code Red worked because she’d seen too many people drop weight on it to believe otherwise.

But, though did lose a few pounds on that first 10 Pound Takedown, it wasn’t as much as she’d hoped.

So rather than keep struggling to figure it all out herself, and drag her weight loss journey out for an indefinite amount of time (she was pretty tired of “trying to lose weight” by this point), Andrea dipped into her savings and got a Custom Program. She really wanted those custom numbers, plus the advanced tips and weekly accountability she got in a coaching group.

It was the right move. Those custom numbers made ALL the difference for her. She lost her last 28 pounds in less than 2 months (even dealing with the stress of being fired two weeks after buying her program), and has maintained her goal weight since September 1, 2017.

3. Do you love your results on Code Red so far, and want to dive even deeper and get even better results?

This is the other side of the coin from Andrea’s path.

Lots of my other Coaches, including Coach Heather–plus several of my Leaders, and many other successful Rebels–enjoyed the challenge so much, they wanted more.

More accountability, more knowledge, more weight loss, and more understanding of their bodies.

A custom program was how they got more, got to their goal weight, and learned to stay there.

4. Do you want your weight off sooner rather than later?

The custom numbers you get in your program speed up your weight loss (provided you follow the program, and follow it correctly). How much depends on the person.

But if you want the weight gone even faster, plus you want the advanced tips, accountability, and support that go way beyond what any other Code Red path offers, you’ll get all that with a Custom Program.

5. Are you interested in someday becoming a Code Red Leader or Certified Coach?

At this time, only people who buy a Custom Program can become Leaders or Coaches, because there’s no way you can coach someone on a Custom Program if you haven’t been through one yourself.

Even then, it’s no guarantee, so just know that going in.

I only accept people who’re in it for the long haul, and you have to do more than just say you’re a “Rebel for life.”

You’ve gotta prove it by living the lifestyle and showing me–not once, not twice, but over and over again–that you’re serious and committed to this.

It’s more work than most people want to put in, and again, NO PROMISES, especially since there are other factors beyond what I’ve just said.

But if you think you’ve got what it takes, get your Custom Program and show me (and especially, yourself) that you’re serious.

So there you go. Five questions to help you decide if you need a Custom Program.

If you answered yes to even one of these five questions, then a Custom Program is the right move for you.

Remember, don’t overthink it.

If your gut’s telling you that a custom program is the next step for you, do it and get your weight off once and for all.
