Pick Your Hard Because It’s All Hard

Not long ago I sent out a survey to ask my Rebels what they need help with.  And you know what the #1 topic I hear about is? 

Mindset. 

Because let’s face it – how many times have we sabotaged parts of our lives (including weight loss) because of a mindset that doesn’t serve us?

I figured out a long time ago how much influence mindset has over our success, so I practiced and practiced to get mine to a place where it’s not getting in my way.

Every once in a while, even I have my doubts.

But thanks to all the mindset development I’ve done – and support from people who get it and get me – I’m able to get back on track.

One of the biggest mindset struggles I encounter with people new to Code Red is some version of, “I’m struggling with not being able to eat what I want when I want.” 

Another one is, “I just want to lose weight without feeling deprived!” 

When you’ve spent the majority of your life eating whatever you want whenever you feel like it, of course not doing that is gonna feel hard.
